Privacy
This page and the decision tool are static files. The answers you pick are evaluated in your browser tab and are never sent to us, stored on a server, or written to a log.
Analytics
We record anonymous product analytics — page views and the fact that the tool was used (with the outcome category, e.g. recordable / not recordable, plus the selected criteria codes). No names, no employer, no free-text, no case narrative, no file uploads. Measurement is aggregate and used to improve the tool.
Advertising
The site is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may set cookies for ad delivery and measurement; see Google's own policies for details. You can block these cookies without affecting the tool.
Legal
Nothing here is legal advice, and the recordability determination remains the employer's. Federal rules are described; State Plan states may differ.
